Chikmagalur, Chitradurga, Davangere, Shimoga,

Chief synoptic features and Associated Weather :
The upper air circulation over Southwest Bay off Tamilnadu Coast laid between 2.1 to 5.8 km above sea level on 15th . It lay over South Tamilnadu Coast and extended upto 0.9 km above sea level on 16th ; It persisted on 17th morning and extending upto 4.5 km above sea level. It lay over South Tamilnadu and adjoining Srilanka extending upto 3.1 km above sea level on 17th evening and extended up to 0.9 km above sea level on 18th . It became less marked on 19th .
Another upper air circulation over East Central Arabian sea off Goa-Karnataka Coast extended up to 1.5 km above sea level on 15th . It lay over Lakshadweep area and neighnourhood extending upto 0.9 km above sea level on 16th . It extended upto 1.5 km above sea level on 17th . It extended upto 3.1 km above sea level on 18th . It extended upto 0.9 km above sea level on 19th . It persisted on 20th ; extending upto 1.5 km above sea level.
A feeble trough of low pressure at sea level ran from Lakshadweep area to Coastal Karnataka on 19th . It persisted on 20th . It became less marked on 21st .
An upper air circulation laid over West central Bay of Bengal off Coastal Andhra Pradesh extending upto 3.1 km above sea level on 20th morning. It became less marked on 20th evening.
Another upper air circulation laid over Southwest Bay off South Tamilnadu and adjoining Srilanka Coast extending 3.1 km above sea level on 20th and persisted on 21st extending upto 3.6 km above sea level on 21st .
Under the influence of above systems, Over Coastal Karnataka Southwest Monsoon was weak on all the days of the week. Rain occurred at isolated places on 15th , 16th , 20th ; mainly dry weather prevailed on 18th and dry weather prevailed on the remaining days of the week. Over North Interior Karnataka, Southwest Monsoon was weak on all the days of the week. Rain occurred at isolated places on 20th and dry weather prevailed on the remaining days of the week. Over South Interior Karnataka Southwest monsoon was weak on all the days of the week. Rain occurred at isolated places on 15th , 16th , 17th , 20th ; mainly dry weather prevailed on 18th and dry weather prevailed on the remaining days of the week.
